No one in Congress circles had imagined how this day would turn out for party vice-president Rahul Gandhi, who only few months ago had been turned back from Jantar Mantar by a group of ex-servicemen protesting over One Rank One Pension. Retired soldiers had then said they didn’t want the matter politicised.But today as politics played out around Subedar Ram Kishan Grewal’s suicide with Delhi police providing the fodder by detaining top leaders, including Rahul who wanted to meet the deceased’s relatives. Congress leaders privately said Rahul had made his point and his presence was felt.“Have you seen this kind of energy in the party since Congress president Sonia Gandhi’s Varanasi road show on August 2? The whole leadership is on the streets with Rahul ji who just wanted to express solidarity with the grief-stricken family,” a Congress leader said.Seniors also acknowledged that Rahul had made his point by preferring to be detained for his attempts to meet the wards of the deceased ex-serviceman rather than seek bail.Personally, Rahul made it a government versus Subedar Grewal’s family issue by saying upon his release tonight: “The least government should do is apologise to the family which has made a sacrifice. All I wanted was to meet them and say I am with them in this hour of grief but they detained the family and harassed them just so they wanted to speak to me.” Rahul was detained by the Delhi Police for nearly eight hours.Congress leaders, meanwhile, said OROP would become Rahul’s second major agitation point after the land acquisition ordinance on which the government had been forced to blink.Social activist Anna Hazare, a former soldier, said: “Unfortunate that ex-serviceman committed suicide. On one hand the government t glorifies soldiers and on the other doesn’t fulfil promises.”A group of ex-servicemen, which has been leading the protest at Jantar Mantar over OROP scheme, distanced itself from the case. “The suicide did not take place at Jantar Mantar. Grewal’s friends had informed the police about the suicide bid but it was too late. He was taken to a hospital from where they wanted to bring the body to Jantar Mantar, which we refused,” Col Anil Kaul (retd), media adviser to United Front of Ex-Servicemen Movement was quoted by PTI.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the auspicious occasion of Diwali on Sunday met jawans of the Indo Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), Indian Army and Dogra Scouts in Kinnaur district of Himachal Pradesh. Showering his praise on the armed forces guarding the nation, PM Modi dedicated this year’s Diwali to the jawans. PM Modi had earlier spent Diwali with soldiers of the Indian Army posted at the world’s highest battlefield of Siachen as well as the Dogra war memorial at Amritsar. He also made it a point to be in Srinagar before his visit to Siachen in 2014, in solidarity with the flood victims in Jammu and Kashmir.
PM Modi had launched a campaign named “Sandesh for Soldiers” to send Diwali greetings to those serving on India’s borders.
PM Modi took to Twitter to dedicate this year’s Diwali to the Indian army. He asked the nation to use #Sandesh2Soldier hastag and send Diwali greetings to the jawans.
Prominent celebrities like film actors Aamir Khan and Akshay Kumar as well as several Union Ministers have sent messages tagging PM Modi during the course of this campaign.
Addressing the nation in the 25th edition of his ‘Mann Ki Baat’ radio programme, the Prime Minister said that he was flooded with messages full of wishes and love for the jawans.

Government, Army reach consensus on the next COAS: Sources
LAHORE (Saeed Chaudhry) – Lieutenant General Qamar Javed Bajwa is very likely to be appointed as the new Chief of army staff while Lieutenant General Zubair Mahmood Hayat as the new Chairman of Joint Chief of Staff Committee (CJCSC), sources told Daily Pakistan.
Sources confirmed that the decision was made after a consensus was reached between Government and military leadership.
The ongoing battle against the menace of terrorism across the country was the main ground on which the important decision was made, sources told Daily Pakistan adding that the recommended officials were the adequate persons for the task.
Lt. Gen. Qamar Javed Bajwa was previously Commander of important Rawalpindi Corps and was presently employed as Inspector General Training and Evaluation, at GHQ, a position General Raheel Sharif held before becoming the army chief.
Lt Gen Zubair Mahmood Hayat is the second in the seniority list of lieutenant generals. He was currently serving as Chief of General Staff (CGS) in GHQ.
Lt Gen Zubair served as Bahawalpur Corps Commander and Director-General of the Strategic Plans Division. He also served as General Officer Commanding, Sialkot. Lt Gen Zubair was due to retire on January 13, 2017.
The present Army Chief Gen. Raheel Sharif will retire on Nov 28 this year and Gen. Rashad Mahmood, who is the existing Chairman Joint Chief of Staff Committee, will be retiring a day prior to the Army Chief, on Nov 27.
The Ministry of Defence (MoD) on Saturday issued instructions to keep the disability pension of armed forces at previously allowed rates and there would be no reduction in the same.On September 30, the MoD had issued instructions, which had introduced a slab-based system for calculating pensions for disability. The MoD had cited the 7th pay commission for determining the disability pension for Defence Forces. Before September 30, disabled soldiers were getting pensions based on percentage of disability. The new ruling meant pensions were reduced and this had led to protests from the retired soldiers and there was widespread criticism from opposition parties and the military establishment.Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar had referred to the matter to the anomalies committee. Instructions issued on Saturday say that disability pensions will continue to be calculated at old rates that are percentage based. The system will continue until the committee submits a report, defence sources said.The Defence Ministry had previously said the 7th pay commission had recommended a slab-based system for determining disability pension, which was accepted by the government.A percentage-based system was followed under the 6th pay commission for calculating disability pension for armed forces as well as civilians. What the military personnel are upset about is that civilians will continue to be paid pension according to the earlier “percentage system”, which means that a civilian employee will get higher disability pension than his military counterpart.

The Defence Ministry on Saturday ordered implementation of the 7th Pay Commission’s recommendations on pensions but added the disability pension component will be paid as per the old system until the pay panel’s Anomaly Committee comes out with a solution.A ministry order, issued on the eve of Diwali, announced implementation of revised pension under 7th Pay Commission for pre-2016 defence force pensioners, said an official statement. It also said the issue of disability pensions — which is presently on percentage basis but the panel has recommended making it slab based — has been submitted to the Anomaly Committee, and, for now, the old system will continue.(Follow The Tribune on Facebook; and Twitter @thetribunechd)“The implementation of 7th CPC recommendation relating to methodology for calculation of disability element has been referred to the Anomaly Committee,” the statement said. “The disability element which was being paid to pre-2016 Defence Forces Pensioners as on December 31, 2015 will continue to be paid pending decision on the recommendations of the Anomaly Committee,” it said.As per the order, for those who started getting pensions before January 1, 2016, revised pension will be calculated by multiplying by 2.57 the old pension drawn in December 2015. A soldier getting disability pension as a percentage of his salary will get a fixed slab-based amount if the pay panel’s recommendation implemented. — IANS

New Delhi, Oct 27Two days after Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar ordered a cross-checking of facts on rank parity between officers of the three forces and civilians, the Ministry of Defence (MoD) on Thursday issued a clarification saying there has been no “downgrading” of service officers.The MoD said media reports had “erroneously” stated that the equivalence has been disturbed and status of service officers has been downgraded.“It is clarified that there has been no down-gradation or any change in the existing equivalence of the service ranks whatsoever”, spokesperson for the MoD said. The existing functional equivalence as clarified in 1991 and further reiterated in 1992, 2000, 2004 and 2005 has only been re-affirmed, the MoD said.There have been reports in the media that the central government has issued a new order lowering the status of military officers with respect to their civilian counterparts in the Armed Forces Headquarters.
The MoD said: “The present reiteration of rank equivalence, is only for matters of assigning duties and functional responsibilities as is already existing in different offices of the respective service headquarters of the Army, Navy and Indian Air Force having component of service personnel as well as Civilian officers”.This has no bearing on civilian employees outside these offices of the service headquarters.A circular issued on October 18 and reported in media said a Major General (Rear Admiral in the Navy and Vice-Marshal in the Air Force) was at the same level as principal director at the Armed Force Headquarters (AFHQ) Civil Service. Similarly, Colonel had been placed on the same level as joint director on a civil post.
BATHINDA: Slamming the Badal government for failing to ensure the upkeep of war memorials in the state, Punjab Congress president Captain Amarinder Singh on Wednesday cleaned the “neglected” statue of Subedar Nand Singh, recipient of Victoria Cross and Mahavir Chakra, at Fauji Chowk here.
Also from the 1st Sikh regiment to which Subedar Nand Singh belonged, Captain described the condition of his statue as “yet another glaring instance of how little the Badals care for our soldiers and their memories”.
Trying to strike an emotional chord with armymen and exservicemen, Amarinder said there was no point of setting up memorials and installing statues if the government could not ensure their proper maintenance. Asking the government to hand over these memorials to the army, he said: “Our martyrs deserve no less.”
Captain, in whose book ‘Lest We Forget’ Nand Singh’s story finds detailed mention, recalled how at the age of 33 this “loyal solider of the Indian Army” (by then a jemadar, who was not even required to go into the battle) chose to lead his platoon in a desperate but successful attack to rescue his battalion from an ambush in Uri in Kashmir in December 1947. He was killed in action but his body was never recovered.“It was later discovered that the Pakistanis recognised Nand Singh because of his decorated VC ribbon and took his body to Muzaffarabad, where, in the most abominable manner, it was tied on a truck and paraded through the city,” said Captain.
“Unfortunately, the Badal government has never shown much respect to our army or its personnel,” said Captain, referring to the prolonged protest of war widows in Punjab and reiterating his party’s and his personal commitment to address their concerns.

He steps on a rusted shell, picks it up, examines it and then flings it into the flowing rapid waters of the rivulet unmindful of the tragedy that took place here half a century ago, a military disaster of the Indo-Chinese War.The 1962 Chinese aggression on India for the most part lies consciously overlooked. That ignominy is best buried, especially since the nation took a beating. Writing must be celebratory, we feel, especially when we speak of national pride. That is one possible reason no one is expected to re-think of the defeat and the military slipups of our generals. But my mind goes back to it having lived through the Sixties as a child, listening to stories of the war that have only recently become instances of shocking misrepresentation, vilification or as Salam Rushdie would say, ‘memory’s truth’.The Chinese came as an avalanche at the break of dawn from the Thagla range shadowing the Namka Chu river, wiping out an unprepared and ill-equipped adversary, an instance of the terrible theatre of absurdity in the annals of military history matched only by the Vietnam massacre. On October 20, 1962, within hours 283 soldiers died, hundreds wounded and many forced to spend over nine months in a prison in China in sub-zero temperatures, surviving the long endless ordeal in flimsy winter clothing and three meals a day of unappetising rice and radishes. Some of them came back to tell their story. Sadly, many stories still remain untold.My mind rambles to the agonising moral questions of the brutality and ugliness of war, a negotiation of the military generals with politicians while the subalterns have little say in the shaping of strategic combat warfare. History tells us that it is not the people who demand war; it is the governments that entice and persuade by appealing for sacrifice in the name of a noble cause or the spread of democracy. But the sanctity of the ‘moral crusade’ has to be questioned because at the centre of all wars lies homicide, torture, mutilation and rape of the innocent. War crimes are an aspect of the human history of aberration.Apart from the inadequacy of military solutions, I struggle to understand if it was a war or a massacre. I revisit the Homeric wars that were fought with ethics as the sine qua non of any fair battle. Armies faced each other with an understanding that the opponents would be equally matched. Often the most heroic and brave warrior was pitched against an opponent with corresponding credentials. And if they did not compare favourably, the war stood postponed till more fitting warriors entered the contest. Understandably, needless bloodshed stood circumvented with the outcome of the war dependent only on a well-matched bout.It is for this reason that modern scholars from Jean Braudillard to Paul Virilio have felt that the Gulf War, like other modern wars, did not take place since the cold-blooded end is foreclosed even before the war begins; the enemy is visible only as a speck on the TV screen thousands of miles above the earth or still sleeping in the bunkers. No face-to-face confrontation takes place. These are cold-hearted instances of savagery shameful to the core. But military records, reports and transcripts remain long hidden from public scrutiny and tolerance for war crimes a modern day political expediency. Lesson that wars should be the last resort have yet to be learned by the human race. The funniest thing which has ever happened in the history of ESM unity is that today Maj Gen Satbir is all out to woo the veterans of other group known as ESMP ( Ex-Servicemen Punjab) knowing fully well that it exists and functions and fight war of words against anyone or among its members only on whats app battlefield.
The Group consists of Col MS Bajwa,Col Rangi,Major Dharmani,few others who are on Panchkula voter list and not even in in Punajb nor have any followers on ground and other members of the group are from IESM ,IESL or Col Sohi org and Sanjha Morcha. The Whats app group has no loacl standing as they add members and remove them if they questions Col rangi, a dictator.
The unity seeker Maj Gen Satbir has never ever tried to seek unity with prominent ESM parties like Bhartiya Rakshak Party ,Sanik Samaj party to forge unity why not? as he know they will flatly refused his ambitious desire .
He is requesting for meeting with a Whats App group controlled by 5-10 members not belonging to Punjab.
However Maj Gen Satbir Singh ,is also found of adding self generated appointments and designations after his Name to show his qualification as a experienced leader ..

Major Gen Satbir has many untold stories and had been a perpetual disunity creator among ESM.
The IESM was formed in 2008 from the members of IESL in 2008. As he found not getting importance by having Lt Gen Raj Kadiyan as Chairman ,he started false propaganda against him and ensured split if IESM unity and promoted himself as as chairman from Vice-Chairman post.
There after he withdrew funds from the IESM accounts at his will above 45 Lakhs in cash as alleged and kept in his personal custody till date. Further collection of funds on the name of UFESM has been either deposited in IESM accounts and cash on person in crores. He is evading any direct question on the donation of funds accountability. He has made Fixed deposits on his name in crores as alleged and information among ESM.
Later UFESM was formed for OROP where all ESM organisations of the Nation came together to support the cause including IESL but he did not allow any other to come forward to take the lead and distant himself from all those who demanded accounts of Donation received.
Facade call for unity is a hoax call nor he has the intentions to achieve but he is playing a clever game by fooling ESM of Punjab who invested their trust in him due to OROP .
At later stage he is likely to claim that he tried for unity but failed so he has no other alternative except to support the Party he has already in mind and ask veteran,his followers to vote the party of his liking.
As UFESM was registered by the break away group he had no alternative except to rename UFESM as UFESMJM which is not even registered NOR His FJP is registered Political organisation on the web site of Election Commission of India/Punjab. Can he provide its authenticity . What is the sole purpose of his in Punjab elections.

I told you in armd corps you could be in any REGT but your son has to work twice as hard than anywhere else because of our small size and highly competitive environment. What he has got into is known to us. What confidentiality are you talking of. You wanted help for bail you got it from Capt Amarinder Singh. It is rubbish to say that there are 50 lakh votes of def fraternity. The total voter strength of Punjab is 1.96 crores. The veteran strength is around 2.80 lakhs. We assume 10 percent are settled outside Punjab including abroad. We work on a figure of 2.50 lakh. With three more members it comes to 10 lakh votes.
Where you got figures of 50 lakh which is 25 percent of the total votes. Now to service voters. Again you are wrong on two counts. Not 21 but 14 mil stns. UFESM was jointly chaired by Lt gen Balbir Yadav and you. I visited JM more number of times than any officer from outside Delhi, especially Punjab till 5 sep 15. And we did not use one rupee of our fund. You are enjoying visiting all over, especially Punjab with the money collected. Let me place it on record. I have spent more than what will accrue to me from OROP arrears in four installments. Can you say the same.

Coming to your service career one thing you missed to mention that JM is a fertile ground for reaping benefits at the cost of ESM. You think people came to JM because of you. Satbir came all the way from Delhi along with Brig JS Sandhu to meet and seeking number of seats in support of ESM from Capt Amrinder Singh after exhaustion of all doors at Delhi and Jallander with APP.
He was totally denied by APP for 50 seats which he and his team claims that APP was ready to provide 50 seats for ESM to fight elections in Punjab.
Satbir and his team came down to seek 15 seats as alliance partner during discussions with Capt Amrinder Singh at his residence in Chandigarh on 13 Aug 2016 but they could not provide List of ESM Candidaes,their popularity,bio-data and name of the constituencies having public support for ESM.
Satbir and his team could not even give out the name of the ESM Party on 13 Aug to Capt Amrinder but demanded 15 seats as alliance and also demanded that the Capt should bear the cost of the election campaign of ESM candidates.
However Capt Amrinder doors were open for second meeting as promised by Satbir but as usual Satbir with his political ambition ,announced FJP at Issuru and made himself as chief Patron and nominated others but claiming to remain apolitical and never turned up for second meeting for negotiation.
Its beyond comprehension as to why outsiders from DELHI like Satbir and Kajeriwal wants to rule Punjab.
Kejriwal a non-Punjabi,unknown to the culture and traditions of Punjab,cannot write or speak Punjabi wants to Rule Punjab and looking for a residential House in Punjab, prior to election to fool voters.
Satbir Political ambition was evident after Bihar elections probably he is comparing OROP struggle at JM supported by ESM and elections in Punjab in the same plate.
Satbir talks about ESM but his hidden agenda not known to any ESM of Punjab.
If he cannot support Capt Amrinder Singh, a well established ESM and able administrator and writer , a friend of ESM,supported OROP cause at JM but Satbir declined Capt Amrinder to come and address Rally at Fathegarh with the fear that Capt would have steal the show.
The Rallies conducted by Satbir at various Location at Punjab ,he only spoke about OROP and nothing about Punjab Problems the ESM are facing.
The motive was to show he has massive followers in Punjab to the ruling AKALI /BJP govt and APP.
The ESM came and attended his rallies to hear what he has in store for ESM of Punjab in coming elections but he wasted time and effort and financial losses and demoralise ESM of Punjab and no media coverage was there.
Satbir due to his ego problem, adamant attitude as usual not listening to anyone suggestion except DELHI team of JM did not even bother to speak to other Organisations of ESM in Punjab and Political ESM Parties , who were ready to support him but he kept himself and his branded IESM as supreme and above all and never ever accepted invitations for unity from other ESM Organisations and ESM Parties but asked others to fall in line.
Satbir downfall in Punjab is due to his own selfish ambitions and projection and his unpredictable nature and keep everyone guessing and fear from the core committee members of IESM Delhi , as some are staunch supporters of BJP, as he conveyed at Khanna rally and his ever changing stands on issues.
If he is really interested in the welfare of ESM community in Punjab he should support Capt Amrinder Singh as ESM if not the Congress.
Capt himself wants ESM to reach assembly and if Satbir desires he can get a ticket and one or two of his supporters like Col Balbir Singh.
God bless him may give him understanding that OROP struggle was for all ESM of the Nation and not only for Punjab. His understanding with ruling parties of Punjab is an open secret and receiving some grants to divide the ESM of Punjab without realising that the he is playing with the future respectability of ESM in Punjab if he cannot become a king makers or forms Govt in Punjab. One should dream high but with future repercussion in mind.

Bail plea of Maj Gen (retd) Satbir,

Gurgaon, Feb 29 (PTI) A Gurgaon court today rejected anticipatory bail application of Major Gen (retd) Satbir Singh and two others in a case registered earlier this month for alleged financial bungling in the accounts of Indian Ex-Servicemen Movement (IESM), a society for jawans and their widows.
The case was registered by the Gurgaon police on direction of the magistrate following a complaint by Lt Gen (retd) Raj Kadiyan, Chairman of the society who had alleged that the officer bearers had allegedly siphoned off Rs 14 lakh from the accounts of the organisation, which was spearheading agitation for One Rank One Pension (OROP).
The Additional District and Session Judge rejected the anticipatory bail application moved by Singh, Group Capt (retd) V K Gandhi and Wing Commander (retd) C K Sharma who had moved a plea before the court on February 11.The Gurgaon police had registered a case against these three on February 8 this year following a complaint by Kadiyan that they had allegedly taken a lot of cash from the society funds between January and July 2013.
The three are office bearers in the IESM, formed in 2008. The society account is being maintained at a private bank.
Col (retd) Anil Koul said they were not happy with the judgement and would be approaching higher judiciary soon against the court order.
“We have complete faith in the judiciary and I am sure that designs of vested interests would be defeated. We will be approaching High Court for seeking legal remedy against todays order,” he said. PTI SKL VMN
Lt Gen Kadyan reinstated as IESM chairman
The court of additional registrar of societies (Haryana) on Wednesday reinstated Lt Gen Raj Kadyan (retd) as chairman of the Indian Ex-servicemen Movement (IESM).
Kadyan was removed in July at the behest of other faction led by Maj Gen Satbir Singh (retd), who was vice chariman.
Satbir Singh had then taken over as chairman.
After two hours discussion and arguments on Wednesday, the procedure adopted to remove Kadyan from the IESM’s chairmanship was declared unceremonious and illegal as per law of societies.
Both Kadyan and Satbir Singh were present during the hearing.
The IESM is a leading organization of ex-servicemen in the country which is fighting for one-rank-one pension for defence forces.
About five years ago, both Kadyan and Satbir Singh formed the IESM and various other ex-servicemen groups also aligned with them.
Kadyan was removed as it was alleged that he was closer to the United Progressive Alliance (UPA) government. In an email by Brig Chander Kamboj (retd), a close confidante of Satbir Singh, to the members it was alleged, “Kadyan is playing very dirty trick of creating a divide among the officers, JCOs and Other Ranks among the ESM and families with a view to destroy their joint power to fight against injustice by the UPA Government and thus quickly reach the carrot hanging in front of him.”
Was support to Gen VK Singh behind the split?
Then in another e-mail by Group Captain VK Gandhi (retd), another confidante of Satbir Singh, to IESM members alleged that Kadyan was against IESM taking part in then Chief of Army Staff General VK Singh’s rally in Jhajjar on May 16, 2012. He alleged that it was a popular decision but he kept on issuing statements against the General.
Kadyan’s membership was quashed on July 25 this year by governing body which was termed illegal on Wednesday.
Though Kadyan could not be contacted but Maj Gen Satbir Singh said, “As for now he has been reinstated due to a technical problem. We will take further action against him.”

Founder and chairman of the Indian Ex-Servicemen Movement (IESM) Lt General Raj Kadyan (retd) has registered a FIR with the Delhi Police against three governing body members of the ex-servicemen society for alleged financial misappropriation.
In the FIR lodged against Major General (retd) Satbir Singh, Wing Commander (retd) CK Sharma and Group Captain (retd) VK Gandhi at Parliament Street Police station of New Delhi district, Lt General Kadyan (retd) has accused them of taking donations from ex-servicemen and widows without issuing receipts and also not depositing the money in the bank account of the society, during their protest for One Rank One Pension Scheme at Jantar Mantar in June 2015.
Kadyan, who was one of the founders of the society in 2008, alleged that Satbir Singh, CK Sharma and VK Gandhi are responsible for collecting donations in the name of IESM, without any authorisation during the protest at Jantar Mantar.
He further alleged that the society maintains an HDFC account but in order to collect unaccounted funds in cash, Captain VK Gandhi had emailed him falsely claiming that the bank account was blocked by the complainant.
“This was, however, a mere pretext to collect funds in cash as I had not blocked the account in any manner whatsoever,” alleged Kadyan.
He further said that there were instances when no receipts were issued to the donors, the FIR states.
Kadyan also alleged that veteran ex-armymen emailed him complaining about the problem. “An email from veteran Bahdur Almiya clearly shows that the entire accounting if any at Jantar Mantar was a hoax intended to make wrongful gains thus bringing a bad name to the IESM society. In a similar case, another veteran Ganju has complained that the receipt given to him after he donated money does not bear any stamp which renders it useless for the purpose of claiming tax rebate. Further as is evident, from the complaint of an eighty-year-old ex-serviceman’s widow, Shakuntala Devi, recorded before the police, the three accused did not issue any receipts for Rs50,000 donated by her in cash,” alleged the complainant.
Kadyan alleged that a day’s collection was coming up to Rs26,20,000 in cash and Rs3,86,500 in cheque and such collections went on for weeks and months.
A meeting of the governing body of the society was held to address this issue but the three accused chose to absent themselves from the meeting which prima facie shows that they are guilty and have malafide intentions of siphoning off huge amounts donated by the sincere es-servicemen and widows, alleged Kadyan.
The complainant further said that he had sent emails to all the three accused regarding the matter and also asked them not to spend the funds without the approval of the governing body but none of his emails were returned. Kadyan then finally registered an FIR against the three at Parliament Street Police station on Tuesday under sections of cheating and criminal conspiracy on Tuesday.
When asked about the FIR, the Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police Romil Baniya said, “We are investigating the matter and cannot comment on the nature of investigations.”
However, none of the persons named in the FIR have been summoned by police yet, sources said.

As he was aware that lot of ESM are going to attend Anna Hazzare Rally at JM he constructed a seperate stage for Anna Hazare and organised a RUN and B/F at JM.
He told lies to ESM from Punjab and made all sit facing new Stage and collected donations in thousands from the innocent ESM and insulted openly a National Leader like Anna Hazare but the great person walked in hot sun to meet the fasting ESM but he did not receive him till end.
Again I tried to negotiate with him to come and meet Anna G but adament as ever did not wish Anna.nor came to meet!.
Today U feel so much for this egoistic man who insulted disrespected a National Leader.
Again it was myself who convinced Anna G and escorted him to his stage.
so Madam U R new to his game plans he only wants funds.
