In the next few days, cyber crooks can send you Happy New Year greetings to your WhatsApp which may contain a link to a new APK file type malware.
It will be mentioned that “You can send Happy New Year greeting cards to your friends in your name. If you want, click on the accompanying link to get the card”. If such a link is sent to you, don’t click on that link at all.

Your phone will be hacked by the cyber criminals and access will go to them. What happens next is your mobile data, your gallery, your contact numbers are stolen, your bank account details are stolen and then you can get trapped in emotional or financial fraud.

So please be cautious not to click on any of these Happy New Year ready made links. 🙏
