One cannot imagine to what extend Maj Gen Satbir can go down and take IESM Gen Body elections into street of Noida.

He has smartly included name of his ex Driver Sub State Singh Multani, A Jco Din Dayal his present office bearer and a well known Lady friend.

He wants them to be elected In the Governing Body an d control.

He wants to control the Funds donated in crores by ensure his pets to be elected.

For Maj Gen Satbir Money matters not OROP issue or welfare of ESM

This makes it very clear his motive. Of holding JM for elections and donations collected in crores but yet to provide details to anyone.

I received this post from another group and the comments from another group. I could not help but muse over the fact that are these SELECTIVE OR SUBJECTIVE ELECTIONS the title of my missive. Before we get on to canvassing for these 16 worthies let us peep into their antecedents. As reported there is a contest for only one post where there are two contestants, one of them being the current Gen Secy.

The other office bearers are to be deemed elected as there is no contest and they are all from the former GB of 2012.

These are: –

1. Chairman.

2. Gen Secy former member of GB.

3. Treasurer former treasurer of defunct 2014 GB

4. Joint Gen Secy lying vacant since 2015 when the elected joint Gen secy and rep from south Brig Vidyasagar now of TSEWA, quit.

Being filled by another erstwhile member of the 2012 GB .

Interestingly they all owe allegiance to Gen SS.

Two of them the proposed new vice chairman and treasurer along with the proposed Chairman being on interim bail for a case against them for embezzlement of IESM funds to the tune of ,Rs 10 L.

Now look at who is being recommended by this person who does not even know the correct nomenclature as per MOA of the IESM..

COMMENT –II

Apart from the comments received from another group I have the following to add.

1. The final hearing on a petition for violating all laws is tomorrow. A canvassing at this stage may be futile.

2. The state of contribution has been my observation of watching daily proceedings at JM and other venues including meetings with the RM, FM, COAS present and previous, PS to PM, various spokespersons of pol parties during TV debates etc etc.

3. No representation of EAST, WEST, SOUTH or CENTRAL India due to a rule steered by the current Gen secy through the head of the oversight committee not permitting electronic voting, state wise voting as per collegium system or proxy voting as per Govt ruling for associations of membership of more than 1000.

The rule promulgated here is eligibility of your vote only if you physically come to NOIDA and cast your vote . A question to your conscience can a OR member from imphal or cuddalore or for that matter nokha mandi in Rajasthan come first to submit his nomination papers and then come with supporters to vote at his expense though he may have done yeoman service in his village, tehsil, district or state for the cause of IESM. The present election therefore is neither ALL INDIA and nor representative. You can call it Punjab centric. with a touch of NCR and crumbs to Haryana , UP & UK. 4. The aim of this election is to give legitimacy to GEN SS as Chairman IESM for life as this will be his third consecutive term , even POTUS gets two.

5. Two rules taught to all military men all our lives have been thrown to the winds in this case

A. Ignorance of orders is no excuse.

B. Orders of higher HQ take precedence over local orders.

6. The main account of IESM with about 3Cr deposits is the holy grail that is being salivated on but it remains frozen.

My previous post warning of impending wrong doing was termed by one aya ram- gaya ram as made by a miscreant. How grateful an org that follows the principle of use and throw.
