l had invited Maj Gen Ashok  Kumar MD ECHS to our Hq  at Chankyapuri  to address  our Governing  council members from  25 States. He clarified  all doubts including  new 64 kB card.  ESM fraternity shud  not worry n his org will take care of all problems  incl prep of new cards. He clarified each indl veteran’s  doubt n took three  hours.

My hats off to see the spirit  n dedication  of the General Officer.  I will  send his personal contact No.  nd  other details on our web sight asap.
