Naib Subedar Arokia Rajiv clocked 45.47 sec against the Old record set by KM Binu with 45.48 sec at Athens Olympics in 2004. Rajiv becomes eligible to be named with foursome including legendary Milkha Singh, Paramjit singh and KM Binu who have held the National Record in their names in last 56 yrs of Indian Athletics history.
