A militant was on Monday killed by Indian security forces in an encounter in Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir. According to the police, the ongoing encounter started in the evening in Zakura area on the outskirts of Srinagar. There are no reports of casualties to the security forces or civilians so far, the police added.
