Dear Esteemed Veterans
In view of the existing environment which demands social distancing and minimum movement, Central Org ECHS has made following provisions to continue services of ECHS with minimum disruption.
1. Permission to purchase medicines from any pharmacy ( incl on line)for chronic diseases based on existing prescription and claim reimbursement( till 30 Apr, which will be reviewed)
2. All follow up periodic treatment for all chronic ailments cases like chemo/ radiotherapy , dialysis etc may be availed at empaneled hospitals as emergency case without referral .
3. Avail testing & treatment for covid at Service Hospitals where available , govt designated empaneled hospitals & diagnostic centres , non- empaneled hospitals & diagnostic centres even without referral and claim cost of reimbursement as per govt rates where expenditure incurred.
4. Though all Polyclinics are functional , veterans are requested to avail above provisions to reduce foot print for ensuring safety.
5. All advisories and helpline numbers of RC and Polyclinics are posted on the website https://echs.gov.in/
